Business Process Architect at BairesDev In this role, you'll map the business processes behind an application modernization, bridging systems engineering with deep process modeling expertise in a client\-facing consulting environment. You'll ensure that as legacy and mainframe\-class systems are re\-architected into modern cloud platforms, the underlying business processes are clearly understood, documented, and preserved. What You'll Do: * Map business processes related to application modernization initiatives. * Apply systems engineering principles to understand and document complex technical and business workflows. * Support consulting engagements through project\-based, client\-facing delivery. * Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate process documentation. What we are looking for: * 5\+ years of experience in business process mapping. * Strong background in systems engineering. * Consulting or professional services background with project\-based, client\-facing delivery experience. * Experience with application modernization, re\-architecting legacy or mainframe\-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET. * Strong requirements gathering skills. * Advanced proficiency in English.
