Main Responsibilities Support the Manager in the restaurant’s daily operations. Coordinate teams and ensure staff motivation and performance. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Assist in stock management, ordering, and cost control. Oversee training, onboarding, and team development. Guarantee exceptional customer service and resolution of operational issues. Profile We Seek Prior team management experience (preferred). Leadership ability and strong communication skills. Enthusiasm for fast-paced, results-oriented environments. Availability for rotating shifts (weekends and holidays). Team spirit, responsibility, and decision-making ability.
