Coordinate and support order-to-cash processes for operational excellence **TASK FORCE (6 months):** * Manage the end\-to\-end processes related to customer accounts (from placing a sales order to receiving payment from the customer); * Manage and monitor customer current accounts with overdue situations; * Manage and follow up on customer complaints and deductions; * Coordinate and support order\-to\-cash processes both internally and externally, with a focus on operational excellence.
