Selling a brand new Otis GEN2 Home elevator with 2 years of warranty starting from July 2024. The elevator was purchased in 2023 for the price of 19,120€ + VAT and is still in its original packaging, never assembled or unpacked. It should be noted that the elevator is capable of serving two floors, and the elevator finishes are described in the images attached to the listing. Shipping costs for the elevator, if located in the north of Portugal, will be our responsibility, and installation will always be carried out by the company OTIS. Although the contact is from Luxembourg, we are fluent in Portuguese.
