Assembly and execution of formwork on various structures Formwork Carpenter/Supervisor \- Employment Opportunity Job Description: We are looking for a Formwork Carpenter/Supervisor to join our team at a leading company in the concrete and formwork sector. This is an opportunity for qualified professionals who wish to apply their expertise on challenging projects. Key Responsibilities: * Team Coordination and Management: Supervise the formwork carpentry team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. * Drawing Interpretation: Analyze formwork plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure correct structural assembly. * Formwork Assembly and Execution: Construct and install wooden or metallic molds for reinforced concrete structures, including footings, columns, beams, slabs, and walls. * Safety and Site Organization: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and maintain site organization. * Concrete Pouring and Stripping: Supervise concrete pouring and carefully dismantle formwork after curing. * Material Management: Procure and control usage of timber, panels, steel bars, and other required materials. Profile and Competencies: * Solid experience in rough formwork carpentry. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Knowledge of civil construction safety standards. * Ability to read technical drawings.
