Are you in? **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role As a Supply Chain Logistics Trainee, you will help the team assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow on a global scope. * **Invoice Verification:** Assist in verifying the accuracy of freight invoices and dispute discrepancies when identified * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Work with the team and warehouse managers to resolve discrepancies promptly * **Workflow Management:** Support the management of efficient workflow for the Accounting department * **Payment Processing:** Assist in the release of freight invoices for payment processing * **Logistics Master Data Management:** Support the maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of logistics master data (e.g., transportation lane setup, carriers, routes, packing material creation, etc ), ensuring data accuracy and enabling efficient and reliable supply chain operations **Your Profile** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are passionate about logistics and supply chain operations in a global context.
