Technical guidance and supervision during the internship **Professional Internship – Social Worker** Centro Social Paroquial Padre Avelino Jorge seeks to recruit a **Social Worker** to join its team under a **Professional Internship** arrangement. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for users’ personal and social development, aiming to improve their living conditions, social integration, and social promotion; * Organize, coordinate, and/or implement personal and social development activities to enhance users’ living conditions, involving significant others and the community; * Accompany and support users and their respective families; * Assess social needs and collaborate in defining intervention plans; * Manage and prepare the Individualized Support Plan (PADP); * Promote access to community resources and services; * Coordinate with partner entities and social network services; * Prepare social reports, technical records, and other documentation related to the role; * Participate in implementing social intervention projects and activities. * Collaborate with the Technical Team regarding the management of individual user plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; * Registration with the Order of Social Workers; * Eligibility to undertake a Professional Internship promoted by IEFP; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of responsibility, organizational ability, initiative, and autonomy; * Ability to work collaboratively and commitment to the Institution’s mission and values. **We Offer:** * Integration into a Private Social Solidarity Institution with strong community commitment; * Technical guidance and supervision throughout the internship; * On-the-job training; * Opportunity for professional development and acquisition of practical experience in the field of Social Work. **Work Location:** Vila Nova de Gaia **Applications:** Interested candidates should send their CV to **recrutamento@csppaj.pt**, indicating in the subject line: **"Application – Professional Internship \| Social Worker"**.
