FTO – Engineering and Construction is looking to strengthen its team: Civil Engineer Workplace: North Region (Braga/Porto, predominantly) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation of Terms of Reference for service provision - Analysis and development of contract documents - Document management for construction projects - Construction site supervision and monitoring - Implementation of innovative solutions to reduce maintenance costs - Validation and verification of maintenance plans - Project budgeting (preferred qualification) - Development of landscape architecture projects REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - Full member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers - Minimum 3 years of experience (License Class 4) – preferred qualification - Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Revit, and 3D software - English: Basic (written and spoken) - Team spirit and collaborative mindset - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems WE OFFER - Competitive remuneration and benefits commensurate with the role/experience - A young and dynamic professional environment APPLICATION To apply for this position, please send us an email.
