* **Active registration with the Portuguese Bar Association**, with **at least two years of professional experience following completion of the traineeship**. * **Fluent command of the English language**, both spoken and written, suitable for regular client contact and drafting legal documentation in English. * **Preferably**, solid experience or strong interest in **Real Estate Law**, particularly regarding contracts, urban planning licensing, acquisition and sale transactions, land registry, horizontal property, tourism developments, and urban leasing. * Ability to work independently, technical rigor, strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and competence in managing multiple cases simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, legal writing ability, and interpersonal relationship skills.
