Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, analyzing, and monitoring insurance quotation requests, ensuring optimal terms and promoting customer loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of Group products and services Responsibilities: Receive quotation requests from the sales team. Analyze quotation requests based on criteria such as product, coverage, and deductibles. Monitor business with insurers to ensure the best quotation. Ensure that quoted terms are guaranteed for future renewals with insurers. Ensure business is placed with only one insurer, i.e., the client must be assessed holistically—not by line of business. Collaborate with sales staff to prepare the best quotation for presentation to the client; the sales representative then presents the quotation to the client. Promote the sale of various Group products and/or services. Foster customer loyalty to the Group. Profile: Flexible availability (e.g., shifts, weekends).
