Integration into a growing project with autonomy and responsibility **Store Coordinator (Bakeries)** We are seeking a Store Coordinator to supervise and support the operations of our 4 bakeries. **Responsibilities:** * Support and guide store managers in daily operations; * Ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives; * Supervise service standards, quality, and organization; * Assist in team management, scheduling, and problem resolution; * Monitor performance results and implement operational improvements; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Store management experience (preferably in food/retail sector); * Leadership and communication skills; * Organizational ability and results orientation; * Proactive mindset and problem-solving capability; * Willingness to travel between stores. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing project; * Autonomy and responsibility in the role; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
