Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare budgets, analyze projects, and negotiate with suppliers, with a focus on complex and medium-to-large-scale construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth in an international context **Description:** ---------------- * Preparation of detailed budgets for construction projects, with emphasis on highly complex works * Analysis of project documentation (drawings and written specifications) and identification of technical and commercial risks * Consultation and negotiation with suppliers * Definition of technical solutions in coordination with internal teams * Support in defining proposal strategies * Preparation of quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and variance analysis * Collaboration with site teams to continuously improve estimation processes **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in estimation within the construction industry * Experience in medium-to-large-scale and/or technically complex projects * Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail * Knowledge of construction processes and ability to read technical drawings * Teamwork capability and ability to coordinate across departments * Proficiency in estimation tools (e.g., PHC, CCS, Candy or similar) * Good command of English or French (spoken and written) * International experience or experience working with international clients is highly valued * Experience and/or knowledge of contracts related to DVM’s core business is also highly valued — particularly fit\-out solutions, interior or exterior cladding (facades), and other high-technical-demand construction systems **What We Offer** * Integration into a specialized Technical Hub focused on demanding projects * Involvement in large and complex projects across different markets * A collaborative work environment oriented toward technical excellence * Opportunity for professional growth in an international context * Active participation in building and evolving the OneDVM model
