Participation in technically challenging projects #### **About the Role: Construction Manager for Hydraulic Installation Projects** Our client is looking for a Construction Manager specializing in Hydraulic Installations to join their team, responsible for full project management—from the preparatory phase through to final handover—ensuring compliance with technical, financial, contractual, and quality requirements. ### **Requirements** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Familiarity with budget, contract, and specifications; * Technical preparation of the project and proposal of more efficient or cost-effective alternatives; * Planning and management of production, resources, equipment, and materials; * Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors; * Cost, schedule, quality, and production control; * Monitoring design changes and negotiating additional work; * Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards; * Maintaining formal and effective communication with all stakeholders; * Periodic site supervision and assurance of measurement certificates, provisional/final acceptance, and delivery of final as-built drawings. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or the Order of Technicians (OET); * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical project management, preferably in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or service sectors. ### **Personal Competencies** * Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, autonomy, and organization; * Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures. ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Participation in technically challenging projects; * Contractual stability, commensurate with profile; * Benefits tailored to the role and experience.
