Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to manage the daily furniture distribution operations, ensuring smooth team and process performance, with a focus on continuous improvement. Dynamic work environment with responsibilities and normal operational pressure We seek a person responsible for daily monitoring of our home-delivery operations for furniture and household goods, including heavy and bulky items. The role ensures the smooth functioning of teams, vehicles, and operational processes. The incumbent will directly support senior management in overall company administration, playing an active role in operational coordination. Working Hours and Availability: - Start time at 06:30, with presence required at warehouses - Operations from Monday to Saturday, including public holidays - Flexible and variable working hours (not fixed) - Willingness to travel nationwide Main Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of delivery routes and on-site operations - Management of incidents, vehicle damage, and replacement vehicles - Personnel, team, and shift scheduling management - Management of uniforms, equipment, and supplies - Recruitment and hiring of new staff - Resolution of day-to-day operational issues - Process optimization and continuous improvement The position will be supported by two individuals: a deputy manager and a trainer. The incumbent will also be responsible for submitting daily reports to the company manager.
