Job Summary: 4TOURS is seeking a Group Reservation Agent to manage and book group travel services, with daily contact with suppliers and operational follow-up of reservations. Key Highlights: 1. Initial and ongoing training **4TOURS** continues to grow and seeks to strengthen its team with a **Group Reservation Agent**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and booking of all services related to group travel; * Daily contact with national and international suppliers to confirm availability, rates, and conditions; * Operational follow-up of reservations from confirmation until trip completion; * Monitoring of deadlines, documentation, and contracted services; * Resolution of incidents before and during trips; * Accompaniment of Portuguese groups on international trips; **Required Profile:** * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement); * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; * Professional experience in group reservations or tourism operations (preferred); * Familiarity with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus; * Availability to accompany groups on international trips; * High degree of organization, methodical approach, rigor, and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and proactivity. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company in the tourism sector; * Initial and ongoing training; * Opportunity to accompany groups on international trips; * Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Additional allowance for accompanying groups on trips; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
