Our client is at the forefront of the energy transition, and in this role, you will be the guardian of the digital assets that make sustainable innovation possible. **Your Mission:** * Design and maintain robust data security policies and controls (**DLP, IRM, DSPM, AISPM**). * Master access management using **RBAC \& ABAC** across hybrid environments (On\-prem \& **Azure**). * Implement end\-to\-end **encryption** strategies (data at rest and in transit). * Partner with the **Data Privacy Officer (DPO)** and Cybersecurity teams to ensure **GDPR** compliance and lead incident response. * Conduct continuous vulnerability analyses to proactively enhance the organization's security posture. **What You Bring:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in data security/management (at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role). * **Tech Stack:** Strong hands\-on experience with **Azure**, cloud infrastructure, and security frameworks. * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field. * **Language:** Full professional proficiency in **English** is mandatory. * **Soft Skills:** Problem\-solving mindset and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
