Work on improving production processes #### **About the Structural Steel Design Engineer (M/F) Role** Our client, a reference company in the metalworking industry, aims to hire a Structural Steel Design Engineer (M/F) as part of its growth and expansion strategy. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Analysis and definition of technical specifications for Products/Projects according to requirements;** * **Preparation of technical proposals and calculation studies;** * **Responsible for cost estimation, planning, development, and supervision of structural steel projects;** * **Work on improving production processes.** ### **Requirements** **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * **Minimum 2 years of experience;** * **Strong knowledge of technical drawing;** * **Strong knowledge of materials and processes in the metalworking industry** (structural steel and metal fabrication); * **Proficiency in modeling software (Solidworks, Tekla, Catia);** * **Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard (preferred);** * **Interest in welding and painting areas (preferred);** * **Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement;** * **Enthusiasm for challenges, rigor, and a positive attitude toward difficulties;** * **English language proficiency (mandatory).** * **Organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility;** * **Good interpersonal skills;** ### **Benefits** **We offer:** * **Integration into a solid and rapidly growing company;** * **Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience.**
