Focus on quality, deadlines, and budgets, including contractual management. **Description:** ---------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of the construction site management team. * Planning, management, and coordination of assembly teams. * Contact with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements. * Oversight of all company projects, both national and international. * Management of materials and equipment; * Adherence to established deadlines, and enforcement thereof. * Management of project timelines, budgets, and quality. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Professional or higher technical education (e.g., Engineering); * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience; * Over 15 years of experience in carpentry; * Solid knowledge of construction systems and industrial equipment; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office applications; * Contractual project management; * Control of labor costs, accommodations, travel, and transportation; * Preparation and interpretation of technical drawings. * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Determination and commitment to achieving objectives; * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity; * Team spirit and interest in collaborative work.
