Participation in IT solution implementation projects A leading company in the financial sector seeks to recruit an **IT Support Technician for Business** for its offices in Porto. **Responsibilities:** \-Ensure management of assigned activities and projects; \-Provide IT-related user support; \- \-Monitor equipment, system, and application performance, identifying and resolving faults; \-Ensure configuration, development, installation, and maintenance of systems and applications; \-Gather functional and technical requirements for implementing corrections and developing new features; \-Perform application testing; \-Participate in IT projects aimed at implementing identified solutions; \-Act as liaison with vendors to resolve issues or develop new solutions; \-Prepare documentation related to activities, including functional and technical documentation. **Profile:** \- Higher education degree in management or engineering, or postgraduate qualification in technological fields; \- Experience / participation in large-scale IT projects; \- Knowledge of software development (e.g., C# and SQL Server); \- Understanding of system architecture and integration; \- Analytical capability and ability to design complex technological solutions involving system integration; \- Strong commitment, focus, and delivery orientation; \- Knowledge of Accipiens (preferred); If you match the profile we are seeking, please send your application to recrutamento@321credito.pt with reference: IT Support Technician for Business.
