You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and the People team to support hiring efforts, team growth, and key People initiatives in a tech environment. Requirements: **What is needed to succeed?** * \+3 years in Talent Acquisition in tech * Comfortable using ATS platforms, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office tools. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail\-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and solution\-focused mindset. * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the team. **Nice to Have** * Exposure to onboarding, internal initiatives, or People\-related projects.
