Contractual stability **We are recruiting for the opening of the new AXIS AVENIDA in Viana do Castelo!** **RECEPTION MANAGER – AXIS AVENIDA \- VIANA DO CASTELO** **Axis Hotels \& Golf Group seeks a Reception Manager to join the opening team of this new property.** **Responsibilities:** **• Promotion of the hotel unit and Axis Group** **• Monitoring of reservations and guest reception** **• Control and oversight of billing** **• Preparation and management of staff schedules, vacations, and days off** **• Supervision, motivation, and evaluation of the reception team** **• Oversight of overall operations (including F\&B and housekeeping) in the absence of the Hotel Director** **• Customer follow-up and service delivery review** **• Compliance with and continuous improvement of procedures** **Profile:** **•** **Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management,** **Tourism** **or related field** **• Experience in reception roles (mandatory requirement)** **• Experience in team management** **• Operational knowledge of F\&B (preferred)** **• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills** **• Strong customer orientation and commitment to service excellence** **• Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft** **Office** **and HOST – preferred)** **• Fluency in** **English** **(mandatory) and** **French** **(an asset)** **Offered:** **• Competitive compensation commensurate with role and experience** **• Performance bonus** **• Contractual stability** **• Birthday day off** **• Integration into a new and growing project** **Please submit your application with the reference “RECEPTION MANAGER (M/F)” to** **candidaturas@axishoteis.com** **.** **(Only applications sent by email with CV will be considered.)**
