In this context, we aim to strengthen our production team by hiring **leatherworker(s) (M/F/D).** Integrated into one of our production lines, your main responsibilities may include sewing, painting, cutting, finishing, etc. This role is for you! If: * You have professional experience in a factory/industrial environment (preferred); * You are responsible, possess a strong sense of ethics and commitment to work; * You are dynamic and enjoy teamwork; * You pay attention to detail, quality, and safety; * You enjoy manual work. * **Availability for weekly rotating shifts** (05:15–13:30 / 13:30–21:45) Offer: * In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the base monthly gross salary for this position is €930; * Meal allowance; * Shift-related allowances (e.g., night shift); * Other benefits as stipulated in internal policy; * Joining a leading company in the sector; * Initial and ongoing training.
