We seek a dynamic individual who enjoys working without fixed hours, with flexibility and a strong desire to grow with us. Responsibilities: Distribution and collection of materials and technical equipment Supporting field teams with operational queries, guidance, and personnel management Organizing and controlling the vehicle fleet and general material stock Updating records in digital systems and creating documents, delivery notes, and reports Logistical planning and practical on-site support Required Profile: Young, proactive individual with ambition for growth Category B driving license (mandatory) Prior experience in logistics Proficiency in computer skills and digital work systems Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills Availability for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends What We Offer: Service provision contract Guaranteed base fee + variable payments based on demand Integration into a solid team with daily support Real opportunity for internal growth and development Diverse and dynamic operations across different regions of the country Work Area: Mainland Portugal (mobile operations with national support) Application: Send an email with the subject line “TF FRANCO Logistics Application” and your updated CV for review.
