Location: Porto We are a leading company in short-term rental property management and are looking for a disciplined, high-performing professional to reinforce our operational team during peak periods (Weekends and Holidays). We seek an agile individual with strong practical sense and the ability to independently resolve problems. Responsibilities Laundry Logistics: Delivery and collection of linen kits at properties. Cleaning Support: Restocking consumables and providing logistical support to cleaning teams. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (Basic): Minor interventions (e.g., replacing light bulbs, adjusting door handles, checking remote control batteries, minor plumbing or Wi-Fi adjustments). Errand Management: Addressing ad-hoc guest or operational needs. Candidate Profile Availability: Mandatory on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Autonomy: Ability to perform tasks without constant supervision. Tools: Basic knowledge of domestic maintenance. Logistics: Valid Category B driving license. Conditions Contract Type: Service provision. Remuneration: Competitive compensation commensurate with responsibilities. For this role, the CV is the least important factor.
