Philips 48-inch LED LCD TV

Philips LED LCD television, 48 inches. It is absolutely undamaged, unscratched, or broken in any way; however, once powered on, the red LED blinks three times in a cycle and the TV fails to start. I have purchased another 65-inch TV and am not interested in having it diagnosed for faults. Suitable for anyone who wishes to diagnose the issue or use it for parts.
