Industrial Maintenance Technician \- Mechatronics (m/f/d) \- Barcelos MISSION * Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, infrastructure, and buildings according to standards, equipment manuals, and technical principles (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechatronic) in order to maximize their productive capacity. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION * Perform maintenance and repair of all production and utility equipment (refrigeration, handling systems, …) from electromechanical and mechatronic perspectives; * Maintain equipment in good condition by ensuring Preventive Maintenance; * Diagnose and analyze failures according to different technological bases (electromechanical; hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechatronic); * Read, understand, and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and logic); * Adjust and calibrate equipment according to production requirements, as well as implement necessary mechatronic modifications. FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS * Professional Technical Qualification (level IV) in Mechatronics; * 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Maintenance Technician in an Industrial Environment / Mechatronics; * Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechatronics applied to preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery; * Certification in Operating Maintenance of Forklifts and Working at Heights (preferential); * Knowledge of Welding (TIG/MIG/MAG) (preferential); * Good knowledge of English; * Teamwork ability, planning and organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
