**THE TEAM THAT WILL WELCOME YOU:** Advisory – Business Control and Finance **LOCATION:** Braga **YOUR MISSION:** Add value to our Clients through ideas and solutions that improve financial management, operational performance, and investment decision quality. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare financial and operational reporting and support budget planning and control; * Define, implement, and optimize management control and costing models; * Develop and monitor KPIs/scorecards, analyze variances, and identify improvement opportunities; * Support monthly closings and the preparation of financial statements; * Ensure data quality (reconciliations, validation of accounting records) and promote its automation; WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields; * Master's degree/Postgraduate qualification in Auditing, Taxation, or similar; * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Management Control, Auditing, or Accounting; * Solid knowledge of analytical and management accounting; * Good command of English language, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); * Teamwork ability, communication skills, and client interaction; * Strong organizational and planning skills, with adaptability; * Strong sense of commitment and responsibility, initiative, and organizational involvement; * Client and goal orientation; * Ability to manage field work teams and time management. WHAT WILL IMPRESS US? * Experience in Auditing or Consulting; * Membership in the Certified Accountants Association; * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; * Analytical skills and storytelling ability to clearly and compellingly summarize complex cases.
