As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire: **Administrative Assistant** ------------------------------- ### **Job Description** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join Eurotux's sales team, taking on a central role in supporting business operations and coordinating with other internal teams. Main responsibilities include: * Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team; * Managing client and supplier contracts; * Requesting supplier quotations and gathering necessary information for preparing proposals; * Assisting in the preparation, registration, and submission of commercial proposals to clients, ensuring deadlines are met; * Monitoring and controlling service renewals; * Issuing and managing invoices and purchase orders; * Recording, updating, and validating data in the company’s ERP systems (Primavera, Odoo); * Daily coordination with various internal teams—Sales, Technical, Project Management, Accounting, and Administration—ensuring alignment of information; * Organizing and archiving digital documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting sales teams; experience in technology or IT companies is valued. * Ability to work with different computer systems and quickly learn new tools within a context of continuous system updates. * Experience with Primavera ERP or strong motivation to learn this system; * Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and ease in interacting with diverse stakeholders; * Good command of spoken and written English; * Ability to handle technical topics and terminology, demonstrating a continuous willingness to learn; * Dynamic and resilient profile, accustomed to working in high-paced environments; * Must be reliable and well-organized, capable of managing demanding processes while maintaining information confidentiality; * Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy, with good planning and time management skills; * Immediate availability preferred. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on qualifications and demonstrated experience; * Attractive benefits package including additional vacation days, health and life insurance, flexible benefits, and various partnerships; * Opportunity to join a group with national and international presence in a technological environment; * Role with significant business exposure and interaction across multiple departments; * Collaborative, dynamic work environment offering personal and professional development opportunities; * Initial and ongoing training on internal tools and processes.
