We seek dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented professionals with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry and the ability to deliver outstanding service. Main Responsibilities * Greet, assist, and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner; * Present menus, provide information, and advise on available offerings; * Take and serve food and beverage orders; * Ensure proper setup and organization of dining rooms and tables; * Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of the premises; * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure efficient service; * Restock materials required for service; * Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Desired ProfileFirst-Class Waiter * Solid experience in this role; * Ability to coordinate and support dining room teams; * In-depth knowledge of table service and customer service; * Good command of English (mandatory). Second-Class Waiter * Prior experience in table service roles; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of English. Third-Class Waiter * Experience in the field (preferred); * Interest in building a career in restaurant and hospitality; * Professional appearance and enthusiasm for public interaction. General Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality; * Sense of responsibility and team spirit; * Dynamism, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure; * Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; * Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
