With over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese market and international markets, the company is seeking to recruit a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer to strengthen its project team within a construction context in Grândola. The hired professional will become part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing highly significant local projects. Responsibilities of the Mechanical Systems Design Engineer: \* Project Development: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop suitable engineering solutions that comply with legal requirements, achieve optimal cost-performance balance, and ensure consistency across different disciplines. \* Training and Development: Coordinate with the mechanical department and HR team to define training plans aimed at continuous development of technical, technological, and soft skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication. \* Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality control of projects and proper organization and storage of information.
