Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures We Are Recruiting: Sorting Operator Work Location: Guimarães Our Waste Management Center is currently expanding, and we seek a responsible and dynamic professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Manual sorting of materials (plastic and cardboard); * Support in production organization; * Support in loading and unloading of waste; * Ensuring compliance with applicable safety and environmental procedures. Desired Profile: * Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); * Experience operating forklifts (preferred); * Forklift operator training certificate (preferred); * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit; * Basic knowledge of operational management and logistics (preferred).
