Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, results-oriented professional to identify and qualify commercial opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to Sioslife’s growth.
Key Highlights:
1. Focus on making care more human and efficient through technology
2. Opportunity to impact people's lives and grow with the company
3. Integration into a multidisciplinary team with a positive and collaborative environment
*Prospecting and qualifying new commercial opportunities*
***ABOUT SIOSLIFE***
*At Sioslife, our mission is to make care more human and more efficient through technology.*
*We develop software for nursing homes, day centers, home care services, and other senior care facilities, and we are present in hundreds of institutions across Portugal and Spain. We are experiencing rapid growth and building the commercial team that will drive this expansion further. For this, we don’t seek someone who has already done everything: we seek someone eager to make things happen—someone familiar with the sector and ready to grow with us in a role that delivers real impact on people’s lives.*
*If you are organized, results-driven, and see yourself in this mission, this opportunity is for you.*
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
* You own the pipeline: you identify opportunities, qualify leads, and ensure every demo is worth everyone’s time.
* You conduct outbound prospecting methodically: LinkedIn, email, calls—tailoring your message to the type of institution, its size, and the right timing.
* You keep the CRM up to date: contact records, opportunity status, qualification notes—so nothing gets lost and the team always has full visibility.
* You collaborate on continuous improvement of outreach cadences, testing what works and sharing learnings with the team.
* You attend industry events, conferences, and initiatives—and bring back new opportunities and relevant contacts.
**REALITY CHECK**
Let’s be honest about what makes this role challenging:
* High rejection rate: this role demands resilience and emotional stamina to stay energized even when "no" is the most common response.
* The sector is traditional and technology adoption is not the norm: you’ll sell value and transformation—not a product everyone already wants.
* You must build a narrative demonstrating the product’s "must-have" nature: without feeling this deeply, convincing others will be difficult.
* Balance between volume and quality in outbound: high volume without qualification is ineffective; high qualification without volume falls short.
* Consistency and discipline over time: top results come not from sprints, but from habits.
**THE PROFILE WE SEEK**
(Evidence—not years of experience.)
***WHAT MATTERS***
* Experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
* Experience or strong interest in the care, health, or third-sector (IPSS, Misericórdias, nursing home groups)
* Comfortable with cold outreach: calls, email, and LinkedIn
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication
* Willingness to learn, iterate, and be coached
* Organization and rigor: CRM management isn’t optional—it’s part of the job
**WHAT WILL IMPRESS US**
* Functional or fluent Spanish \+
* Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot) \+
* Background in SaaS or technology \+
* Experience selling to municipalities or public entities \+
**YOUR IMPACT**
This role plays a central part in Sioslife’s growth. You’ll be the first point of contact with future institutional clients—shaping how the market perceives our value and ensuring the sales team works with real, qualified opportunities.
You’ll know you’re succeeding when, after 90 days, you consistently generate qualified meetings, master the ICPs, messaging, and objections, and become the benchmark for CRM rigor and process discipline.
How **we measure success**:
**Primary KPI 1:** Pipeline generation (SQLs created and meeting-to-opportunity conversion)
**Primary KPI 2:** Meeting quality, measured by the number of opportunities advancing to the proposal stage
**Primary KPI 3:** ARR generated from originated opportunities—with focus on customers delivering real value
**Secondary KPI:** CRM hygiene and process discipline
**WHAT WE OFFER**
* Integration into a multidisciplinary team with a positive, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment
* The opportunity to join a growing project with real impact on people’s lives
* Continuous training and opportunities for personal and professional development
* A meaningful role within a mission-driven team
Compensation and benefits:
* Base salary adjusted to experience
* Uncapped commissions directly tied to your performance
* Flex-card with meal allowance and access to flexible benefits
* Health insurance
How we work:
* We value commitment and results—not hours spent in the office
* Flexible schedule and hybrid work model
* Progressive vacation days up to 35 per year
