If you’re passionate about what you do, join our team and help us spread smiles! **But what does a Section Manager do?** * Supervises and delegates tasks to store operators; * Manages and resolves customer complaints/suggestions; * Ensures their section is properly organized according to established standards; * Provides feedback and supports the team; * Manages stock levels proactively to prevent item shortages; * Places orders for their respective sections; * Controls product quality upon store entry; * Validates weekly stock discrepancies for their respective sections; * Monitors and implements campaigns, promotional activities, top displays, and island displays in accordance with established guidelines; * Supports onboarding and training of new employees within their sections; * Acts as Store Manager substitute, assuming store coverage responsibilities when necessary. **Do you have what it takes to become a true hôma Section Manager?
