As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire: **Data Scientist** ------------------ ### **Role Description** As a Data Scientist, your mission will be to transform data into business-relevant information through analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, thereby supporting evidence-based decision-making. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Collecting, cleaning, exploring, and analyzing data from diverse sources while ensuring data quality and consistency; * Developing and evaluating statistical and machine learning models using tools such as Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries; * Identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities through data analysis; * Creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports to facilitate interpretation and communication of results; * Collaborating on the development and optimization of data pipelines, data transformation processes, and integration of multiple information sources; * Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify needs and define data-driven solutions. ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; * Proficiency in Python and SQL; * Experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit\-learn; * Knowledge of statistical modeling, data analysis, and data visualization; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Critical thinking, rigor, proactivity, and results orientation; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Good command of English. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with qualifications and demonstrated experience (salary range will be disclosed prior to the first interview); * Integration into a dynamic and engaging project; * Strong career prospects with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
