Responsibilities: Preparation of construction sites; Procurement from suppliers and subcontractors; Supervision of on-site personnel; Inspection of construction methods and quality execution of works in accordance with best practices in civil engineering. Requirements: Responsible; Polite; Proactive; Strong interpersonal skills for conflict management, acting as a conciliatory and decisive element rather than contributing to conflict/instability in normal operations; Knowledge of rehabilitation projects and best practices in civil engineering; Formal qualification as a Construction Technician issued by CICCOPN or a vocational school, or equivalent training/experience.
