Inclusion of all and ensuring equal opportunity enables us to reach our full potential. **Job Description** As a **Process Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering**, you will play a **key role in the industrialization of new products**, the development of **innovative processes and equipment**, and the **continuous optimization of production lines**, directly contributing to technological solutions in the **automotive industry**. **Your contribution to something greater**: * Effective communication with **internal and external stakeholders**, ensuring technical and organizational alignment * Training and mentoring of **new Process Engineering (PE) associates** in the area * Definition of **production processes**, as well as investment estimation during quotation phases, ensuring competitive and state\-of\-the\-art technological solutions * Liaison with **Process Experts**, ensuring implementation of **Bosch standards and norms** * Promotion of **process standardization and harmonization** within PE, in close coordination with MFE * Continuous development and improvement of **internal processes** * Management of **projects for developing new non-standard processes and equipment**, in collaboration with COC and Process Experts * Active participation in **DFMEAs**, contributing to robust product development * Planning, analysis, and adherence to **project schedules** * Participation in the **industrialization team**, developing assembly concepts and process flows according to internal guidelines * Definition of **production layouts** and optimization of factory space * Participation in the **construction of new production lines**, integrating multidisciplinary teams * Development, definition, and specification of **assembly equipment (MAE/EWAK)** and preparation of **Engineering Specifications** for suppliers * Conducting **pre\-acceptance of equipment and processes**, in accordance with Bosch rules and automotive industry standards * Implementation of industrialization documentation, notably **Control Plan, FMEA, process and product guidelines** * Planning and implementation of **Process ECRs**, including new equipment, methods, processes, and documentation * Development of improvement measures related to **PPC** * Planning and control of **EWAK and MAE execution**, including procurement tracking and line capacity analysis (input for R@R) * Participation in **multidisciplinary problem-solving teams** * Monitoring and analysis of process performance indicators (**OEE, FPY, FOR, IDC**, among others) * Continuous improvement of product and process concepts, promoting **robust design** and **Lean assembly** **Qualifications** **What sets you apart:** 1\. Education/Training * Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent field 2\. Experience * Professional experience of **more than 3 years** in Process Engineering, Industrialization, or Manufacturing Engineering * Experience in an **industrial and/or automotive context** (preferred) 3\. Know\-how * Knowledge of **Bosch internal processes and standards** * Strong **data analysis and process improvement capabilities** * Proficiency in **2D and 3D technical drawing** (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) * Experience in **Lean Manufacturing**, FMEA, EWAK/MAE, and project management 4\. Languages * **Fluent English** (mandatory) 5\.
