Join a solid and ambitious corporate group NVE Engenharias S.A., a leading company in the Civil Construction sector, currently expanding and reinforcing its Human Resources team, is recruiting a Planning Manager to join its team in the Northern Region of the country (Guimarães). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support Site Management in planning, monitoring, and controlling project execution, contributing to more efficient management of deadlines, resources, and on-site priorities. * Develop, update, and optimize execution schedules, defining logical sequences, critical paths, and key milestones from the proposal phase through to final delivery. * Monitor physical progress of construction works, identify potential deviations from the plan, and propose measures to support Site Management’s decision-making. * Contribute to analyzing the allocation of human resources, equipment, and subcontractors, supporting productivity optimization on site. * Produce management reports and performance indicators (KPIs), providing clear and structured information to Site Management and senior management. * Coordinate with production teams, Site Management, and subcontractors, promoting alignment between defined planning and on-site execution. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction planning; * Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera; * Strong Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability. **WE OFFER:** * Integration into a solid and ambitious corporate group; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Personal and career development; * Continuous training; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
