To strengthen the Workshop Reception team in Bragança, reporting directly to the APV Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Customer reception and assistance; * Managing workshop vehicle intake according to customer needs; * Clarifying vehicle repair interventions, associated costs, and estimated vehicle delivery timelines; * Receiving and delivering vehicles; * Performing administrative tasks inherent to the role. **If your profile matches our requirements, apply now:** * Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent; * Strong customer focus and service orientation; * Prior experience in this role (preferred); * Resilience and ability to cope with stress; * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Professional experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles; * High organizational and planning capabilities; * Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement); * Good user-level computer skills; * Residence in Bragança or neighboring areas.
