Integration into a solid, innovative, and growing company Cachapuz – Weighing \& Logistics Systems, Lda. is recruiting, for a **Professional Internship, a Reception Administrator**. **What are we looking for?** We seek a motivated professional eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities** The intern will have the opportunity to: * Receive customers in person, by phone, email, or other communication channels; * Support internal organization and optimization of administrative procedures; * Manage correspondence, calendars, and administrative tasks; * Provide operational support in preparing and organizing meeting rooms, ensuring appropriate conditions for visitors and guests; * Support the implementation and use of the new ERP system; * External tasks: post office, banks, etc.; * Anticipate needs and provide versatile support for the company’s daily activities. **Ideal Profile:** * Eligibility for a Professional Internship **Level 4 (minimum 12th grade – Mandatory)** * Education in administration, management, secretarial studies, or related fields; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Knowledge of English; * Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. **What we offer:** * Integration into a solid, innovative, and growing company; * Development of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills; * Opportunity for learning and professional development.
