Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to modernize **Job Purpose** * The Lead Solution Architect – Digital defines and maintains the solution architecture for our digital platform. Ensures that solutions meet both business and non\-functional requirements, align with enterprise architecture principles, and enable secure, scalable, and sustainable delivery of digital capabilities across all markets and channels, while leading and mentoring a team of Solution Architects. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Own and evolve the end\-to\-end digital solution architecture, ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Web, Ecommerce and Mobile platform. * Balance short and long\-term platform sustainability. * Ensure alignment between business strategy, product roadmaps and technology choices, delivering robust end\-to\-end solution designs for digital capabilities. * Ensure that proposed solutions: (1\) align to enterprise standards, integration principles, and security and data protection practice; (2\) are implemented and documented correctly. * Act in straight collaboration with the Digital POs to shape the roadmap, identify technical enablers and sequencing architectural change. * Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define and enforce principles, standards, and patterns for digital platforms * Monitor technology trends, vendors and delivery approaches and identify opportunities to modernize or optimize the digital landscape. * Lead, mentor and develop a pragmatic, business oriented and collaborative team. **Education Requirements** * BSc or MSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience Requirements** * 10\+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in solution architecture * 5\+ years of leadership experience in IT, ideally in customer facing platform, in the retail sector **Required Knowledge, Technical, Professional and Soft Skills** Deep understanding of digital technologies, microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and security models. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to balance long\-term strategy with short\-term delivery priorities. Strong leadership skills: drives vision, engages teams, develops talent, manages ambiguity, communicates with impact. Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation, strong collaboration skills, curiosity and continuous learning attitude. **Additional Information** * Hybrid role. * Occasional travel may be required for workshops or vendor reviews.
