**M/F** **MISSION:** As a *Stock Support Assistant* at Parfois, your objective will be to maximize the reliability of our stock by analyzing and ensuring compliance with Parfois' internal procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Be responsible for inventory activities in one or more markets and coordinate accordingly with external auditors; * Develop, analyze and distribute inventory reports from various sources (financial, management and operational trends); * Implement and monitor action plans together with store operational teams aimed at reducing stock losses; * Ensure integrity of multiple operational systems (particularly PISO/RFID); * Control stock movements in your market(s). **PROFILE:*** Operational experience in retail or in managing stock within a specific business area; * Experience in RFID technology operations is valued; * Advanced Excel skills; * We are looking for someone with strong English language skills; Spanish and/or French are also considered advantageous; * High critical and analytical thinking; * Resilience, results-driven and focused on challenging goals; * Availability to cover a maternity leave.
