




We are looking for a Human Resources Manager Forte Store is one of the largest multi-brand retail companies in Portugal and is experiencing strong growth. To achieve this, we are seeking an HR Manager who will act as a bridge between management and employees, focusing on talent acquisition, career development, and performance management. What we are looking for * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within large companies or the retail sector. * Strong knowledge of the Portuguese Labor Code and labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll processing. (Mandatory) * Proven experience in recruitment and selection across diverse roles (from sales to management positions). * Ability to design and implement career development plans, performance evaluation systems, and benefits policies. * Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with teams while maintaining firmness and fairness. * Strategic yet operational mindset—someone capable of shaping the future while solving day-to-day challenges. Main responsibilities * Recruit and onboard top talent across all areas of the company. * Implement career development and internal progression plans, valuing internal talent. * Develop performance appraisal systems linked to rewards and career advancement. * Serve as the face of HR for all employees, fostering trust and motivation. * Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and manage disciplinary procedures rigorously. * Support management in building a strong, high-performance, and close-knit organizational culture.
