We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in energy audits and development of utility projects (HVAC, compressed air, steam, industrial water, among others), to join a multidisciplinary technical team focused on energy efficiency and industrial sustainability. Responsibilities: Conducting energy audits in industrial facilities; Technical survey of utility systems and equipment; Developing improvement proposals and action plans for energy efficiency; Developing and overseeing engineering projects in areas such as air conditioning, ventilation, steam networks, compressed air, process water, and other utilities; Analyzing energy consumption and supporting the definition of performance indicators (KPIs); Collaborating with maintenance, operations, and sustainability teams; Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent); Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT); Solid knowledge of industrial utility systems; Familiarity with energy standards and regulations (e.g., SGCIE, ISO 50001); Analytical ability, critical thinking, and strong results orientation; Good proficiency in computer tools (Excel, AutoCAD; thermal simulation or calculation software is a plus); Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
