We are expanding our team and seeking Civil Engineers or Architects specializing in office, retail, food & beverage fit-outs or similar areas, with the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience (preferred) Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Ability to read and interpret technical drawings across multiple disciplines and implement them; Ability to break down described tasks into actionable items and organize teams for execution; Ability to develop planning schedules and ensure their implementation; Computer literacy (user level) – MS Office; Knowledge of cost control techniques and financial management; Knowledge of SHT regulations/standards; – Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and PHC; Fluency in English (preferred); Valid driver’s license; Remuneration commensurate with experience; Availability for immediate start Want to build with us?
