Ensure all work complies with applicable design codes and technical standards. Ensure the definition of efficient technical solutions, optimizing costs and guaranteeing integration with other disciplines. Demonstrate ability to manage project technical information, with flexibility to incorporate changes during the design process and ensure agile and effective problem resolution. Ensure compliance with established deadlines, respecting budgets and schedules, maintaining high standards of technical quality. Ensure coordination and compatibility of specialty projects within a BIM environment. Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, integrated within a multinational team. **Candidate Profile** Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing technical specialty projects; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferable. Advanced knowledge of building specialty systems, industrial equipment and infrastructure. Familiarity with applicable European standards, particularly EN, Eurocodes and national regulations (Portuguese, French, British). Experience with AutoCAD and calculation and modeling software related to specialties. Knowledge of SolidWorks, Inventor/, Tekla, Revit and BIM will be highly valued. Fluency in English (oral, written, and listening); knowledge of French (written) will be an advantage. Programming skills will be valued to optimize design processes and ensure integration within a BIM environment.
