With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Business Analyst** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about Finance systems and transforming business needs into high\-impact IT solutions? Then this position is for you. As a **Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational functioning of the squad, particularly within the integration flows scope, while continuously improving reporting processes and Finance IS tools within our ecosystem. Build side: * Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional specifications. * Contributing to IT/Financial projects (analysis, testing, user acceptance, and training). * Anticipating the impact of new projects on reporting processes and tools. * Administering and evolving reporting tools to meet business requirements. * Proposing and implementing productivity gains and process optimizations. * Collaborating closely with Finance and Risk departments to improve the Information System (IS). * Ensuring the organization and quality of functional and administrative processes. * Providing expertise throughout the project lifecycle (analysis, acceptance, documentation, and training). Run side: * Responding promptly and effectively to users’ requests within the application perimeter. * Organizing and delivering training sessions based on user needs. * Monitoring and following up on IT and administrative incidents. * Overseeing and controlling accounting flows. * Managing the administration and continuous improvement of reporting tools. * Acting as a key contact for users of reporting tools and Finance IS. * Ensuring smooth coordination between business users and IT teams. **This is your background** You have at least **3 years of experience** in demanding IT and Financial project management environments. You enjoy working at the intersection of Finance and IT and are constantly seeking ways to improve processes and tools. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by continuous improvement, operational excellence, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. **This is your expertise:** * Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Financial projects. * Solid understanding of Finance concepts and processes. * Mandatory experience administering relational database tools (e.g., SQL\-based environments). * Experience in reporting tools administration and evolution. * Knowledge of project lifecycle management (analysis, testing, acceptance, training). * Comfortable working in Agile and cross\-functional environments.
