Job Summary: Quality Controller to strengthen the department, responsible for product control, non-conformity management, and audit participation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in audits and resolution of non-conformities To strengthen the Quality Department, we are recruiting a **Quality Controller**: **Profile:** \- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; \- Training in the field of Quality; \- Training in Auditing, RMMs; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the quality field (eliminatory criterion); \- Good communication skills; \- Problem-solving ability and critical thinking. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform product control during production according to the control plan, including first-piece approval and self-inspection, to validate and monitor compliance with defined specifications; \- Issue, register, and monitor detected internal non-conformities based on part conformity status, ensuring proper handling of non-conforming product flow; \- Participate in audits together with the lead auditor and in accordance with the annual audit plan, to verify system effectiveness; \- Participate in non-conformity resolution teams to continuously improve processes, contributing to reduced operational costs and enhanced customer service, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and current internal standards.
