We seek a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team as **Hotel Supervisor**. Key Responsibilities * **Team Management**: Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the daily work of the \[Front Office / Housekeeping / F\&B] team. * **Quality Control**: Ensure strict adherence to hotel service, hygiene, and safety standards. * **Customer Welcoming**: Supervise check-in/check-out procedures and ensure prompt and effective responses to complaints or special requests. * **Operations Optimization**: Support shift scheduling, stock control, and coordination with other departments (Maintenance, Cleaning, Management). * **Training**: Assist in onboarding and integrating new team members. Technical Requirements and Profile * **Minimum Experience**: 2–3 years in supervisory or assistant management roles within the hospitality industry * **Academic Qualification**: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields (preferred). * **Languages**: Mandatory fluency in **Portuguese and English** (additional languages such as French or Spanish are valued). * **IT Skills**: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) * **Personal Competencies**: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership spirit, resilience, and problem-solving focus We Offer * **Employment Contract**: Direct employment contract with prospects for long-term continuity within the company. * **Compensation**: Base salary commensurate with proven experience \+ Meal allowance. * **Benefits**: Performance bonus \+ Continuous training \+ Career advancement opportunities. * **Work Environment**: Integration into a dynamic, professional team within an ongoing growth project in Porto.
