Recruitment Announcement: ARCHITECT – URBAN URBAN OBRAS, a leading brand in urban rehabilitation with an architectural concept, seeks to recruit an Architect with relevant experience in rehabilitation projects for its Santo Tirso studio, as part of its growth plan. Title: Architect \- URBAN OBRAS **SANTO TIRSO** Job Description: · Development of architectural projects, primarily renovation and rehabilitation; · Presentation and negotiation with clients; · Analysis and preparation of commercial proposals; · Work planning and preparation; · Budgeting; · Construction site supervision; · Contact with suppliers and clients. Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; · Experience and aptitude in client interaction; · Experience in project design; · Experience in construction site supervision (minimum 2 years); · Ability to produce 3D projects (not mandatory); · Sensitivity to interior design; · Professional appearance.
