Hard Club – Mercado Ferreira Borges is seeking an **Event Programming and Coordination Technician** to join the team and ensure the organization, planning, and execution of the venue’s cultural and event programming. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **managing and monitoring the programming** of Hard Club * Coordinate **event production and logistics**, from planning through to execution * Liaise with internal teams (technical, bar/restaurant, communications) and external entities (artists, promoters, suppliers) * Ensure all technical and logistical requirements for each event are met * Participate in **operational briefings** * On-site event supervision to ensure smooth operations * Support in managing the **calendar and weekly/monthly planning** * Resolve operational issues in real time * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of production and coordination processes * Manage documentation and administrative tasks associated with events **Desired Profile** * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects * Good communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Passion for cultural environments and live events * Experience in event production (preferred) * Flexible working hours * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic contexts **We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic and multidisciplinary team * Base salary \+ meal allowance \+ financial performance bonuses * Meals on workdays * Working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility adjusted to event scheduling * Active participation in programming a reference cultural venue * Creative, informal, and collaborative environment * Opportunity for growth and development in the events and programming field Work Location: On-site
